Hi all

I have some application in which i wanna analyze the data coming to MAC
layer.
In the sence i wanna know how to seperate the date into so many bytes n
how to identify which byte is what???

M using MFC for my gui developement.

I suggest reading the source for "tcpdump" or "ethereal".

The difficulty of your project depends on which of the several
frame formats you want to support. For an introduction, see
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ethernet#Ethernet_frame_types_and_the_EtherType_field
