Hey guys, I am rather new to voip so please bare with me i have a
couple questions.
What do i need to buy if i would like 10 phone numbers with 3 concurent
lines. I would like for me to be able to make calls with those 10
phone numbers and the caller id work for them as well. I was looking
at DID but i noticed that it was just for incoming calls. Any
clarification on all this would be apreciated! Thanks!

J is right. Channels are different from DIDs.
For example we have line from ITSP X (Internet Telephony Service
Provider) and it comes with 1 DID and 2 channels. So I can have 2
conversations going on one line at the same time.
In your case you can get 10 DIDs and 3 channels but you'll need to
configure phone system accordingly. Asterisk-based system works for
this kind of the scenario.
