Hello
I need a little assistance with programming a voicemail card for a avaya
partner system. I have everything working except I want to turn the
ring off for the extension that the mailbox is assigned to. If I turn
the ring off then the mailbox will not answer the incoming call.
I know I could use the DND feature but then the extension would not ring
on the other lines.
Here is what I want. I want line 2 to go directly to mailbox 2 assigned
to extension 13. I do not want line 2 to ring on any extension just go
straight to extension 13's mailbox.
Any help on this is greatly appreciated!
Thanks again.
