If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Any relationship between bucket capacity and burst size?
Based on token bucket algorithm, tokens in fully bucket
must be more than CIR (committed information rate) for some
time frame. then burst packets can send out.
want to confirm it.
