So what's the problem? You got what you want. Even though you're not a new
customer, you got a promotional package that was supposed to be available
only to new customers. And you got it without having to pay the
installation charge that eligible customers have to pay. They gave you far
more than you're entitled to, and yet you're complaining. I wish I could
get that good of a deal after only talking to three people.

I got what I wanted. the problem is that problem is that the people
are not trained properly to do their job. The third person had more
experience then then the two people that I talked to.
