If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I have Charter Commucations as my internet service provider and cable
televison provider they made a big damn mistake. I said that I want
to upgrade my internet and just delete My starz movie tier and intead
they disconnected my serivce I called them back and told them I did
not downgrade my service I upgraded to their promotionl package. And
still they did not get clue so I called a third and finally they got
it right.

I think I can see why they might have gotten it wrong initially.

Charter does not stand by their product. When they told me a
promotion for 39.99 for 6 months then I should have gotten that not
given the run around They were going to install a new service while I
have exsisting service and charge for installation I called them and
told them fix it one woman got it right finally she then told me to
unplug the cable box and the completed the process.
