It is hard for anybody to help you here. Your problem (which is not
related
to ethernet) seems to be specific to your system. Perhaps a software
bug.
Your subject mentions "tNetTask" and you refer to a "switch" somewhere
in
the message body. My guess is, your "system" is an ethernet switch that
is
running VxWorks. At the most, I can suggest that you try
comp.os.vxworks
and provide *relevant* information related to your "system" being
suspended.
