hi,

i am stuck up with my CTI implementation project as to how to monitor
multiple ACD queue's either using Ctconnect activeX ocx or can i
implement this requirement using CtConnect API's if any ??

is there anyway i can achieve monitoring "hold" and "transfer" events
from switch in ctconnect ??? if so how can i achieve this feature.

any help is greatly appreciated. !!

We are getting notification of both hold (tp_suspended) and transfer
(transferred) events. To get them we assign a channel to the agent and
and monitor for events.
