Sorry for my complete ignorance... I have been defaulted into "IT tech"
postition here at work, and they've put me in charge of the NBX 100
phone system. I have been thrown in blind to figure this out myself...
As far as I've gotten...I can log in as administrator and look at all
the settings, but I don't know what to look for. :(
QUESTION:
I don't know how to change which port the phones dial FROM. My ideal
world would be to have 2 phone lines, which dial/ring differnt groups'
phones. Example:
123-123-1234 dials/rings group 1 only
123-123-1235 dials/rings group 2 only
The way it is now: Pick up phone and it dials FROM 123-123-1234. If I
want to call FROM another line: I have to dial the port's extention
first...
Anyone got any ideas?
