Hi all,

Anybody can share what is the directoy path (pdt path) where the .csv
file should be copied in order to get the corporate directory working
on the 39xx phones???

As far as I know cls=crpa and key 6=null should be configured, anything
else??

Is a must an INI in order to work??

thanks in advance

Nobody answer :( , any way I found by my self the way and i want to
share it.

What MAT/OTM does: from pc c:\nortel\common data\ OTM upload a .csv
file to the pbx as cpdir0.csv (0=3Dcustomer) and also execute commands to
activate that file in order to be accesed from 39xx phones.
If you haven=B4t OTM, you can recreate manually this file in excel like
this: columnA=3Dlast name, columnB=3D first name, columnC=3Dextension (or a=
ny
internal/external number) then save it as cpdir0.csv, copy the file to
a pcmcia card that can be read in A slot on SSC card, then from pdt
prompt copy the file to c:\u\db, at last make an init to activate the
file.=20
Works fine, good luck to all.
