i did a command and I'm afraid to reboot.

"copy running-config flash"

i thought i was just coping the file to the flash card in back of the
router.
it asked me if i wanted to delete the flash and i accidentally clicked
[confirm]

now it is still running and i don't want to reboot for fear of a
useless router. can anyone tell me what i have done? or how to fix it
without rebooting?

Do a "dir all-filesystems" and see what all you have available
- whether you have the desired IOS image in the desired location
in flash (/slot0:/whatever you have.) If not, then copy the desired
IOS image to the desired location before you attempt a reboot.

ok, i did a "show flash" and got:

PCMCIA flash directory:
File Length Name/status
1 2862583 c1600-y-mz.121-2.T.bin
2 962 running-config
[2863676 bytes used, 1330628 available, 4194304 total]
4096K bytes of processor board PCMCIA flash (Read/Write)

since, c1600-y-mz.121-2.T.bin was on there with the file i thought i
copied over it with, i assume i will be ok to reboot. right? :)

thanks for everyones input

Do a 'show ver' to see if the running version is the same as the file on the
flash and if so should be OK. It does show you have an image on the flash,
just need to make sure same as the version running.
