Cisco 1760 boot: cannot load "flash:" Charliebo 06-09-2005

Hi
On a Cisco 1760, i have loaded the startup-config, away ftp, of an other
working Cisco 1760. After such operation have reboot the Cisco 1760, and
after the reboot, appear me the message:

loadprog: magic file bad number: 0X0
boot: load cannot " flash:"

then appear the prompt
rommon 1>

some knows how to proceed?
