If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Hi Christine,
I don't think the G versions are compatible with that linksys switch
either, since the phones are not 802.3af compatible. the only way is
to either upgrade to the 41/61/71 models, or buy a cisco inline power
switch that supports pre-standard PoE [such as a WS-C3560-24PS-S,
cheapest one i think]
