I need to authenticate calls with the destination number.

I need a script that will authenticate with the ANI if it fails, then
the script ask for the destination number, if the destination number
match a number in our database then the call is placed with the
supplied destination number. If both fails, ANI and destination number
then the calls is rejected.

I tried to find information on authenticating the destination number
but I did not find anything.

Any clue will be appreciated.
