If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
hi all can any body tell me how can i block rip routing update through
access list

Without updates, RIP is useless, so I'm guessing you don't want the RIP
routes to appear in your routing table. Issue the "no router rip"
command in configuration mode to disable RIP.

"passive-interface" may also work for you depending on what your trying to
do...

hi i want t block some network update


for example
192.168.1.0
192.168.2.0
192.168.3.0

i want to block 192.168.2.0
how it is possible to deny thses update throughaccess list. anyway
