I am having weird issues with our VS4000 -- for the sake of clarity --
this is an email I sent to my boss letting him know the issues I am
having -- "DENVER" is our office in Denver, CO -- and "Chicago" is of
course and office we have in Chicago, IL --
Any help would be great!
----------------------------------
Here's the issues we're having thus far:
1) Connecting via ISDN to Chicago works just fine.
2) Connecting to DENVER via IP works only one way -- Denver can see us
just fine and hear us, but we can only hear Denver... Not see them
3) Denver will not connect via ISDN -- the far side (Denver) keeps
ringing and never bonds the call. It looks like it connected from our
end, but it results in a blue screen.
4) I can connect to Denver if I do this: Connect an ISDN call (austin
polycom) at 384 -- when I make the ISDN call the system downspeeds the
quality of the call on both ends... I was able to make this work
twice. I have yet to test it in Denver.
