Website won't download - Please help !

My daughter has a Win Me 733 Mhz PC 20GB HD 256 RAM
with comcast connection.

1. IE
She cannot check her email on Comcast's web site because
the entire website does not download. She cannot see the email tab to
click on it.

We have tried it many times. It just will NOT fully download. However
other sites like gmail etc fully download using IE.

BTW she has the latest version of IE.

2. NETSCAPE
We tried Netscape, the comcast website opens fully but when she clicks
on the draft messages she has, the message windows open but there is no
message in the window. The inbox is fine. She can read messages.
She has the latest edition of Netscape too.

She called Comcast, they say that they do not know what is going on.

Can anyone PLEASE help.

Thank you VERY MUCH in advance.

Kim

Close all programs and browser windows.
Go to Start > Control Panel > Internet Options.
On the General tab, in the Temporary Internet Files section, click on
Delete Files.
Then click on Settings.
Click on View Objects.
Pull down the View menu, and make sure Details is chosen.
Look at the Status of all the items listed.
Right-click and delete any item that does not have a status of
Installed.
Close that window, OK the Settings window. OK the Internet Options
window.
Reboot.

DO you have any form of adblocker or pop-up blocker? If so, try
disabling it and see what happens. Comcast uses popups for some
sections. If it works with it disabled, configure it to allow Comcast to
use popups.
