Can you be any more vague?
I know that VOIP is a buzzword now and everybody's gotta have one, but
define a problem and find a solution to fill the problem need first.
Perhaps start with going to a traditional phone vendor and asking
about their VOIP solutions to get a notion of what is out there and
the range of costs. Then maybe start looking at some of the newer
startups once the traditional vendor has already done some work
defining what they would provide?
