If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
I have a VPN set up on my laptop to conect to my server at home. When i
conect to the VPN when i am away from home i can conect to the VPN
with oout any problem but i the i amunable to surf the interent as well
as conected to the VPN


IS there a way to still be able to use the interent as well as VPN at
same time

Hi,
Go into advanced tcpip properties of the vpn connection and untick the
'use default gateway on remote network' then only information destined
for the network you are vpn'd into will get sent over the tunnel, the
rest still goes out locally.
