I have a Cisco 1760V IOS 12.4 router with the voice configuration below.
Voice ports 2/0 and 2/1 are FXO ports connected to the PSTN.
Currently I have no problems dialing from a VOIP Phone 9-<The phone number>
to get an outside line on port 2/0 and 9-<The phone number> to get an
outside line on 2/1.
I have a VOIP PBX (Windows based) sitting next to this router and I assigned
this router the extension number 5000. What I want to be able to do is when
I dial 1-<Phone #>, the router will dial the extension on the PBX. On the
PBX's configuration interface I do see that the router has registered itself
as extension 5000, however when I dial for example 1197, where 197 is the
extension on the PBX, I get a NOT FOUND. What am I missing here?
Any help appreciated!
