I have a cable ISP, and my upstream is capped at 122.62kbps. I was
wondering what the ideal upstream is for online gaming? I play namely,
Quake 3, Battlefield 2, Jedi Outcast, and most Steam Games. How much
bandwidth do those actually require on the upstream side?

A more important question is what kind of latency is there between you and
the server. If the latency is too high, it doesn't matter how much
bandwidth you have.
