Hi,

Looking to setup a trunk transfer between a Samsung 400 and 500 where
the 400 phone will have a truck transfer button on a phone attached to
the 400 to connect to the 500 phone system. This will hopefully be
able to transfer an outside or intercom call to phones on the 500. If
it's needed a second trunk transfer button can be configured on the
400 attached phone to transfer intercom calls the 500.

Thanks in advance,

tmt

But what method are you connecting the two systems together? E&M?
Single line to trunk? OPX? Centrex?

Take care,
Rich

Hi Rich,

Thanks for the reply.
The two systems will be talking with a single line to trunk.

Regards,
TMT

Set the ringing of the trunk on the 500 to route to the desired station
and program a DSS key for the DN of the single line port on the 400 phones.

Take care,
