If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

Your modem *must* be "provisioned" - the MAC address entered into their
modem database and associated with their DHCP server - by the ISP before
it will function on their network. If the ISP will not provision the
modem then there is no hope that anything you do will make a difference.
