If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options Next place I would check would probably be the scripting for the
English skillset. Perhaps something exists like:
IF english_skillset OUT OF SERVICE then
QUEUE TO french_skillset
Not proper syntax, but I don't have any of my scripts open for
reference at the moment. ^____^
