Hello,

I have a french only skillset that is receiving calls from the english
only skillset when there are no calls for the french.

How do I correct this?

Tony,

It sounds like the people are in both the French and English skillsets.
Make sure that they are at a priority of "Standby" or not in the
English skillset at all to ensure calls don't roll-over to them when
they aren't busy.

Michael,

I have removed all of the other skillsets from there profile. The only
skillset left is for the french queue

Next place I would check would probably be the scripting for the
English skillset. Perhaps something exists like:

IF english_skillset OUT OF SERVICE then
QUEUE TO french_skillset

Not proper syntax, but I don't have any of my scripts open for
reference at the moment. ^____^
