If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
G'Day,

Is it possible for a Symposium Server to provide the SLink for Genesys
call routing and also have Symposium scripts for routing calls. I would
think it would be possible as long as you keep the CDN's ACD, TN and DN
(and what ever else you route with) separate (no duplication between
Symposium and Genesys elements)

Has anyone seen any environments that run with way? What are the
considerations? Does it work well?
