In the final stages of negotiating purchase of Symposium Express for
ACD call center (Nortel CS1000M PBX, CallPilot), I've been told we must
go up to full blown Symposium (vs. SECC) due to the fact that we access
an outside database through Citrix, even though PCs are Windows-based.

We have *another* conference call in several days to get more details
from Nortel but, meanwhile, can anyone fill me in on where the conflict
with Citrix lies?

If SECC is installed only on manager computers, and the ability to
access this outside Citrix database is eliminated from manager
computers, is the problem solved? (In this scenario, access to Citrix
database would still be available on agent computers.)

Thanks in advance for any insight. ~Carl
