I have an older Startalk system with 2.0.4L software. It seems that
there is some sort of timer kicking in after awhile. When you call the
system, it answers immediately, but if there is no activity on the
system for about an hour, then the system answers in the middle of the
main greeting, almost as though the hard drive had to get up to speed.
Once it has answered this way, it answers normally again untill there
is no activity for a while. Any ideas?

Ok so what's the answer then, or do you charge for the answer and were
just trying to get a free plug for your services ;-)

Or, you could have just posted some possible causes and solutions here.
Such an approach would have actually garnered some favorable rapport
for your company, rather than the quite spam-like appearance you're
giving off now.
