Hi, I would suggest that the main reason for stacking the 3750
switches is to get the faster throughput via the stackwise cable. To
provide resiliance I would then create an etherchannel bundle using a
port from each physical switch back to the core. This gives better
throughput to core and should a link fail the recovery will be in
hardware.
