Has anyone here used Speex ACM codec for VOIP?
The ACM code is a year old, and no-one has rebuilt the codec to the
latest specs to my knowledge.

I am trying it out and wonder how one would control negotiations over
constrictive bandwidth connections. For example, if the caller was on
broadband, and the recipient was on DUN would the ACM codec negotiate to
the most suitable lower value if the selected rate was too high?

Otherwise, if someone could tell me what user group could likely answer
this question?

Tks vm.
Alistair
