If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
To all:
Massis.lcs.mit.edu, the home of telecom-digest, was down for a lot of
yesterday. As a result, some post have been delayed, and some _might_
have been lost.
I you posted something to c.d.t., and it doesn't appear within a day
