Sorry this not related to the CCNA, but noone in work who has done it can
answer this question. Got a Cisco Series 800 router, and have been told by
my ISP to set the SNR (Signal Nouse Rate) to stop it trying to resync with
the ADSL de-slam and causing the connection to drop.

Does anyone have any idea, have not turned up anything on google, and lent
my CCNA books out :-(

Cheers,

Richy.

The SNR is the Signal-to-Noise ratio - you cant set it, although you may
be able to set some other thing in it's config to make it not retrain
until it hits a certain SNR
