I would like to do some market analysis on the scope and the usage of
ANSI-41 based Mobile core networks(HLR, MSC/VLR, GMSC etc.) in the
North America.

Does anybody have an idea about how many of the operators in the North
America use ANSI-41 and how many using GSM MAP based mobile core
networks? Are there any recent articles covering this? Also, what is
the predicted future trend for the ANSI-41 networks in the North
America? Will the customers continue using it, or are there signs for
moving towards the GSM MAP based network?
Any inputs related to the scope and the usage of ANSI-41 and GSM-MAP
based networks will be of immense help.
