If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Anyone ever seen this?
On my agent displays, they should get Skillset Name and Queue time on
the first row, and CLID and Rte-Trk on row 2. First row works fine, and
the CLID comes through, but instead of Route and Trunk, I get "469469",
everytime. 469 is not defined anywhere in the switch, or anywhere else
for that matter. Thanks in advance.
