We have noticed the occasional service processor on the OM3500 that will
hold onto its old configuration (identifier, and admin password) even when
you insert it by itself into a new shelf. Is there some kind of hardware
jumper or soft-lock option on this card that would cause this behavior?
How can we force a reset back to defaults?
