If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

12.4(4)T8 is almost a year old, so you might want to try a new IOS
version to see if that makes any difference.

Also are you sure that the Ethernet connection is 10-half or is it 10-
full ?

Did the new ISP provide any info re duplex mode ?
