Guys,
for the past 3 days i've had terrible upload speeds of only around 2 -
4kbs/sec! As a matter of fact, it's so slow that my server disconnects
kicks me out everytime I try to upload anything...even a simple text
file.
I just did a broadbandreports.com speed test and these are my results:

Some info: I have Road Runner and my connection is a direct cable wire
to a wireless router (another computer is connected via wireless NIC).
Can someone give me some advice on how to even begin troubleshooting
the problem? I did do a netstat -an command at the DOS prompt. SO if
you're interested in seeing those details, I've provided it below.
