Just wondering if anyone knows what Rev of S/W and CPU I need before I can
plug in a 10GB GBIC

I have dual CPU's - 8691SF & 8691SFMZ (I am told they are identical even
though the front number is different).

Version - P80a37129. Will that work?

Thx in advance...

John

For 10GE LAN/WAN 8683XZR, you need at least 8692SF CPU module and
software version 4.1 above.

There is the older 10GE card 8681XLR with a single 10GE port that will
work with a 8691SF and v3.7 software. Internally it is implemented
with an 8-gig MLT, so the max throughput is 8 gig.
