I'm staying somewhere where there's already a DHCP-enabled network using
192.168.0.0, with the router on 192.168.0.1 and my client usually on
192.168.0.101. My work net has an Openvpn client on 192.168.0.1 and
192.168.0.253. Is there a way to link these together so I can access
machines on the work vpn from home?

Hi,
Switch from openvpn to vipnet vpn (www.vpnsolution.info). Vipnet can
connect two LANs with the same ip-addresses and from different
locations.
