Within a university project we have created a website dedicated to the
market of computer supported cooperative work (CSCW) products (like
videoconferecing, voip, application sharing, groupware ....)
Our database contains more than 250 products. Theses products can be
searched using features like:
- video codec
- audio Echo Cancellation
- document server capabilities
... and many more
The extensive list of features is grouped into the following
categories:
System Components, Video, Audio, Synchonous Dataconferencing,
Asynchronous
Dataconferencing, Collaboration Management and Miscellaneous.
The product database is open for anybody to add and change records. If
you
know a product, that is missing in our database you can add it your
self.
Companies can lock the product records, to prevent further
modification.
beside the market survey our site also features nice flash animations.
these
animations where designed for beginners in video conferencing. the
animations can be used without charge.
we also offer a forum for the discussions of CSCW products.
