Good day.

Please pardon my lack of knowledge in all of this.

At work we have a Nortel KSU voice mail phone system thingy. Connected
to this is a Nortel NT8B89DA VMI. This is connected to a Dialogic
D/4PCIUF that is in a Windows 2000 Server machine. Our goal is to make
outgoing calls only. We have got this far; we can make the outgoing
call, but when the called party hangs up, the line we have dialed out
does not hang up. DisconnectTone is set to 'yes' in the Dialogic
configuration.

Any ideas on where to look or what we have done wrong?\

Apologies again for my lack of technical expertise.

Thank you,

--
