If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
We have an external line that is supposed to ring at an extension, but
the phone doesn't ring. If you pick up line 1 while calling the call
is there, but it doesn't ring the handset.
How do I tell an external line to ring at an extension?
