Hey,

I have a BCM1000 running 3.6 that has been working fine. I had an
issue where I could log in via a web browser to the box and could
navigate configuring the unit, but could not get into telephony
programming. It gave me an message that it was unavailable and to try
again later.

I did a reboot via software and it came back to life so I got into
telephony programming, configured a new extension, configured a new
mailbox, etc.

The next day, the end user cannot get into VM and cannot call the
other site via VOIP.

I do another software reboot (over the weekend) and now the IVR and
voicemail are up!?!?!!?!?!?

It does seem sluggish though as in it takes long once it answers for
the IVR or VM to kick in.

Any ideas?

Thanks in advance,
Ed
