If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
On some systems it could called cue-ing (queuing? never really knew how to
spell that word) or callback. That would be from extension to extension.
On outside lines it might be called auto-redial. Some systems have an
auto-redial feature that keep dialing a busy number until it gets through,
then beep your phone to pick it up.
If it is a phone company feature then it is whatever they want to call it.
