If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
we have 7900 phones catalyst 6500, 7200 router, etc.
call cisco..no help
my rep is out
25 other cisco partners are out and could not help
ok friday at 3pm...but that sucks for the client

need unity 3.3
and
callmanager 5.1
