Has your cable service gone sucky since Time Warner took over?
I has in Moorpark, California, and that city will fine Time Warner
for its poor service in hopes that the bad publicity will inspire
Time Warner to clean up its act: The fine, up to $25K, will be
repeated until service improves.

Moorpark is northwest of Los Angeles, and the poor service
that it has been getting has been typical of the Comcast and
Adelphia areas that it bought up last Fall.
