If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options

Not a problem I have seen,
A few things to do are make sure the Switch ports are set to 100M full
duplex and NOT auto. As to the PCs I would try setting them to 10M full
duplex and see how it goes.
also check the setting in the phone are correct with respect to gateways
Vlans etc
