We are using the Mitel 5215 IP phones that run on our network.
Recently, we are seeing some issues with users saving files to a
network share. When a user tries to save a file to a network share, it
takes a long time and sometimes even time out. We are running a
100mbps network and all computers are running Windows XP Pro. I have
set the NIC to 100 mbps half-duplex and this seems to prevent the time
out from happening more often than before. Any help or ideas would be
greatly appreciated.

Thank you,
-Dock

Not a problem I have seen,

A few things to do are make sure the Switch ports are set to 100M full
duplex and NOT auto. As to the PCs I would try setting them to 10M full
duplex and see how it goes.

also check the setting in the phone are correct with respect to gateways
Vlans etc
