If you were Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
We currently have a MItel 3300 ICP phone system; and are running into
a few issues.
We have it setup to record every call, using the built in voice mail
server. and we review those calls. We would also like to have the
ability for a supervisor to monitor a live call if need be. We are
unable to do this because of the fact that we are recording the calls,
and it doesn't seem to allow both; if we stop the recording of the
current call, then we can monitor them.
Any help on figuring this issue out would be greatly appreciated.
