As the IT person in the company, I also inherited the Meridian phone
system of which I know very little.

We have 20 Direct Dial Numbers into the company.
The problem is that one of the lines ****03 rings in both the 03
extension AND the 05 extension. I would like the ****03 to dial only
the 03 extension and the ****05 just to dial 05.I have tried in vain
to find the settings (using a M7310 phone) with no joy.

Any advice or help will be greatly appreciated.

Many thanks

Natalie
