There has been a lot of talk about OTM/TM and their features (or lack
of). There is a product called MerAssistant by RSI which appears to
do all the basic MAC functions at a fraction of the cost.

Has Anyone used it?

Dunno, but on the other hand I've heard nice things about
GenSwitch, part of the telephone management suite from Genesis.

When we bought our Option 11 PBX, it came with a VoIP card, but setting
it up requires the use of OTM, which did not come with the PBX. Could
MerAsistant be used to set up the VoIP card? Or better yet, where can we
get the OTM software?
