If you were  Registered and logged in, you could reply and use other advanced thread options
Anyone out there know how to form the Target Cell Id for MTX-13? I have the
Cell and Sector numbers, just need to know how to arrange the bits to form a
Nortel Cell Id for a IS-41 handoff.
